Returns & Refund Policy

At LennoxMason, every pair is inspected before it ships so it reaches you in perfect condition. Because eyewear is a personal, precision item, we maintain strict condition standards on all returns. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of your delivery date. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted. To start a return, email us at lnnxchoi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship any item back without first receiving a return authorization from us — unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

Condition requirements

To be eligible for a return, sunglasses must be:

  • Unworn and unused, with no signs of wear on the frames or lenses
  • Free of scratches, smudges, fingerprints, dust, makeup, or skin oils
  • Returned with all original packaging, protective case, cleaning cloth, and tags included
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Items returned scratched, worn, dirty, or missing any original packaging or accessories will be rejected and returned to you at your expense, with no refund issued. Trying on sunglasses briefly is fine — but any pair showing use beyond that does not qualify.

Final sale — non-returnable items

The following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Any item marked as final sale, clearance, or purchased on discount or with a promotional code (including sale-price and code-based orders)
  • Sunglasses that have been worn, scratched, or damaged after delivery
  • Orders where original packaging, the case, or accessories are missing

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Because eyewear is fragile, we strongly recommend a tracked, well-padded shipment — we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit, and refunds cannot be issued for items that arrive back to us broken or that we do not receive.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected and approved by our team, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund that does not meet the conditions above, or to issue a partial refund for items returned in reduced condition or missing accessories.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different style or color, please return your eligible item under this policy (if applicable) and place a new order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your sunglasses arrive damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at lnnxchoi@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and the packaging. Verified cases will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Claims made after 48 hours or without photo evidence may not be accepted. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only — it does not cover accidental damage, scratches, or normal wear once the item has been used.

Shipping times

Our eyewear ships directly from our fulfillment partners and delivery can take 4–21 business days. Longer-than-average shipping times are expected for some orders and are not grounds for a refund unless your order fails to arrive within 30 days of the order date.

Order cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as items are sent to fulfillment quickly. After this window, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
