Our Commitments
Lennox Mason started with frames we made for our friends, so we've always held ourselves to one standard: would we give this to someone we love?
These are the promises that come from that. They shape how we design, how we price, and how we look after you once your pair is on its way.
Made to be kept
We cut our frames from layered acetate, so the colour has real depth, then polish them to a deep gloss. Our newest shapes come from our own molds, drawn by Deniz and built by Lennox, not picked from a catalogue.
We'd rather make fewer frames that last for years than more that end up in a drawer.
Every pair has a person
Every frame carries the name of someone close to us, and every name and story is shared with that person's permission. When we name frames after people from your friend group, the same rule applies.
Honest pricing
We price our frames for the materials and the work that goes into them. No fake countdowns, no endless sales, and we don't compare ourselves to anyone else. The value should be obvious once they're in your hands.
Looking after you
You have 30 days to fall in love. Your first exchange is free. And if a pair isn't quite you, you can keep it, pass it on to a friend it suits better, and take $20 toward your next pair.
If something arrives damaged or wrong, we'll make it right at no cost.
Giving back to our people
Giving back starts with the people who wear our frames. As we grow, we want to surprise the friend you wear yours with, celebrate the people who keep the group together, and share those moments, always with their yes.
Every pair arrives in its own case inside a linen box, made to be kept and reused long after the frames come out.
